After lots of reading and research into Panerai, I landed on the PAM915 which I think is a near-perfect model. Sandwich dial, manual movement, 8-day power reserve, completely polished case, minimally intrusive dial, and reference to its heritage on the dial with Italian, it’s been an absolutely joy to wear.
