Here is a Tudor sub with the same dimensions (40mm wide and 48mm lug2lug height) on my 6.75ish wrist: There was already a big poll about a Sub-C on a 6-inch wrist. Vast majority said it looked far too big. A 14060 and any other Sub have virtually identical lug to lug lengths and will overlap a 6-inch wrist.

Unless you are going to dive with a thick wetsuit I would say aim to have the glidelock a couple to a few notches from the smallest setting so you can tighten the watch .
